Zoe is a Bichon Frise cross who is very loved by her mom, Ann Stankiewicz. Recently Zoe came in for weakness, anorexia and bleeding. After testing, Dr. Tyler Hughes diagnosed Zoe with Evans Syndrome, a disease where the body destroys the red blood cells and platelets. In serious condition, Zoe was hospitalized for 10 days where she received the care her little body needed. After discharge from the hospital she has been in twice weekly for blood tests and we are happy to say that Zoe is doing great.
