
Meet the Staff
Dr. Tammy Wilde - Veterinarian
Dr. Tammy Wilde took over the practice in August of 2001. She is a 1997 graduate of the WCVM. Immediately following graduation she went to work in a mixed animal practice in Brooks, AB. Dr. Wilde has worked on a variety of species such as cows, horses, llamas, buffalo and sheep. She has since turned her attention to small animals and pocket pets, where she enjoys orthopedics and ophthalmology. She lives here in St. Albert with her husband Scott, their three children, Jack, Pete and Eastynn and their three dogs Mousse, Joon and Bodie.
Dr. Eva Braze - Veterinarian
Dr. Braze joined the Tudor Glen Veterinary Hospital in January 2008. She completed her veterinary degree in Latvia in 1996 then moved to the US for 3½ years where she worked as an Animal Health Technician. Luckily for us, her husband´s job brought her to Canada where she passed her veterinary board exams and has been practicing veterinary medicine now for over six years. She lives here in St. Albert with her husband and two children.
Dr. Kristina Hughes - Veterinarian
Kristina graduated from AVC in 2008, worked in rural PEI doing mixed animal practice for a year. Kristina moved to BC for a year doing small animal practice. She originally moved out west so she and Tyler could work together in a progressive practice. Kristina has a horse. Together, Tyler and Kristina have 3 English Setters, 3 cats, two rabbits, a gecko and a goldfish. Her main areas of interest are preventive care of companion animals, internal medicine and general surgery. Specializing in orthopedic procedures is where her next focus lies. Some of her interests are running, showing one of their dogs, and BBQs in summertime. She also enjoys other outdoor activities such as camping, hiking, and taking the dogs swimming.
Dr. Shilton - Veterinarian
Dr. Shilton is originally from India and moved to Canada in 2000. He has been in practice for ten years, three of those in Canada. Working only part time at the hospital frees his time to spend with his new twin daughters. He is married to Saritha who just recently moved here with the babies. Dr. Shilton enjoys the company of his nine-year-old cat, Moby.
Dr. Tyler Hughes - Veterinarian
Tyler graduated from AVC in 2009, and spent a year working in BC doing small animal practice following graduation. He is originally from Nova Scotia. Tyler met Kristina in vet school in 2004 and they were married in Mexico the winter of 2009. His main areas of interest are preventive care of companion animals, internal medicine and general surgery. Specializing in orthopedic procedures is where his next focus lies. Tyler's hobbies are playing hockey, landscaping, and he loves early morning walks with the dogs.
Dr. Nadia Bunko - Veterinarian
In 2010, Nadia graduated from The Ontario Veterinary College. Upon graduation, she worked at Petawawa Animal Hospital in Petawawa, Ontario for one year. Her and her husband have just recently moved to Edmonton. Nadia has two pets. Her household consists of a Westie named Sula, and a Russian Blue Tabby named Nikita. Nadia’s favourite aspects of veterinary medicine include dermatology and dentistry. She enjoys outdoor sports such as road and mountain cycling, backcountry/downhill skiing, hiking and cross-country skiing. Additionally, both Nadia and her husband enjoy landscaping.
Dr. Koshy George. P. - Veterinarian
Dr. Koshy George. P. is a veterinarian from India. He got his license to practice veterinary medicine in North America in 2007. He completed his veterinary school in 1991 and practiced as a large animal veterinarian in India for 12 years. Since becoming licensed in 2007, Dr. Koshy has been practicing small animal veterinary medicine. Prior to becoming licensed, Koshy was an assistant to a veterinarian at Tudor Glen Veterinary Hospital. We are very pleased to have him back.
Koshy lives in West Edmonton with his wife and two children. They enjoy time with friends, family and pets. Dr. Koshy likes to read, watch comedies, and travel.
Janet Blezy - Animal Health Technologist
Janet graduated from the Lakeland College Animal Health Technology program in Vermillion in 2006. She originally joined our team shortly after her practicum and stayed with us for about a year. Janet returned to Tudor Glen in 2008. Janet has a special interest in small animal dentistry, mostly dogs. In her spare time she loves going to the gym and spending time with friends.
Dianne Radmanovich - Animal Health Technologist
Dianne Radmonovich graduated from NAIT in 2003 as an Animal Health Technician. She joined the Tudor Glen Vet Hospital Staff in December 2011. She has three cats, (Pixie, Fragle and Captain Morgan), gold fish and tropical fish. In her spare time she enjoys painting, fishing, camping, scrapbooking, baking and bicycling. Since 2008, she has participated in the MS annual bike tour.
Jessica Cody - Animal Health Technologist
Jessica Cody is a 2011 graduate of NAIT's Animal Health Technology program. She joined the Tudor Glen Vet Hospital staff in November 2011. She has a Rough Collie named Diablo. When Jessica is not working she enjoys snowboarding, swimming and running.
Rosalie Paquette - Treatment Room Manager
Rosalie Paquette joined our staff in September 2011as Inventory Manager and has since become the Treatment Room Manager. Rosalie has a Bachelor of Arts degree which helped prepare her for the challenges and pressures of her job at Tudor Glen Vet Hospital. She loves animals and has a menagerie to prove it: William, Uno and Cindy are her cats; Thora the Explora is a Boa Constrictor; Anook and Farris are Geckos; Oscar (a Keeshond) and Lucy (a Bantam Bulldog) are her dogs.
Tehnieta Richardson - Animal Health Technologist Assistant
Tehnieta joined the Tudor Glen veterinary team in September 2009. She is originally from Grand Prairie, but moved to Edmonton when she was young. Now she lives in St. Albert. She is currently studying to get her Animal Science diploma. She enjoys music and drawing. She has two cats; a grey 2-year-old tabby named Emo and a 1-year-old Siamese named Secret.
Ileana Berezanski - Animal Health Technologist Assistant
Ileana is a part-time Animal Health Technologist Assistant enrolled in the pre-vet program at the University of Alberta. She has wanted to become a veterinarian since she was a little girl. Ileana has a salt-water fish tank that occupies much of her time. She loves working with the tank and taking care of her fish. Ileana enjoys outdoor activities in her spare time.
Natalie Case - Kennel Attendant
Natalie Case is originally from Saint John, New Brunswick and has been in Alberta since 2007. She loves animals and has a Decker Terrier named Jake and two cats, Boo and Q-Tip. She joined the Tudor Glen Vet Hospital staff in August 2011 as a kennel attendant. Natalie enjoys horseback riding.
Alyssa Keppy - Client Services
Alyssa joined the Tudor Glen Veterinary Hospital in May 2010. She graduated from the Veterinary Administrative Assistant program at NAIT and provides excellent customer service. Her quick smile and willingness to go the extra mile is a great asset to the hospital. Her hobbies include playing baseball, rollerblading and camping.
Cheryl Rafter - Client Services
Cheryl Rafter joined the Tudor Glen Vet Hospital in late 2011 as a receptionist. Our clients enjoy her good customer service skills and she enjoys the customers and their pets. She has a Shih Ttzu named KC. When Cheryl has free time she enjoys camping, fishing, swimming and exercise.
Tina Brennen - Executive Assistant
Tina has been with Tudor Glen Veterinary Hospital since August 2005 as a part-time executive assistant. She enjoyed many years in the legal field prior to joining the Tudor Glen team. She spends as much time as she can with her four grandchildren. Her home is shared with two cats named Pebbles and Sugar Pie, both in their golden years. In her spare time, Tina enjoys reading, jogging and ballroom and country dancing.
Dawn Phillips - Operations Manager
Dawn graduated from Olds College in 1996 and has been working with animals ever since. She joined Tudor Glen Vet Hospital in 2001 where she worked as an Animal Health Technologist. She left TGVH in 2009 to pursue other opportunities. We are pleased to have Dawn back as Treatment Room Manager. In addition to 15 years of experience, Dawn's strong leadership skills and abundance of knowledge make her a valuable asset to the team. Dawn has two Rottweilers and an Australian Shepherd. She enjoys participating in numerous dog related adventures such as hiking, swimming, conformation, herding and obedience.
Valerie Dykstra - Executive Assistant
Valerie Dykstra joined our staff in October 2011 as Executive Assistant. Her background is in non-profit administration and she is enjoying the change in direction that Tudor Glen Vet Hospital has afforded her. She is an American transplant - originally from Arkansas - who has been in Canada nearly 20 years. Valerie loves dogs and generously loves on the pets that visit the clinic. She enjoys daily walks in St. Albert's ravine, dragon boating, reading, taking dance lessons with her husband and being with her family. Valerie and her husband live in St. Albert with their three teenaged daughters.
